Spare room after adult children went under renovation for the grandkids. I am so glad we took this non-traditional approach and made custom playshapes, a bed for 3, climbing wall and infinite exhibition shelves along whole room.

The flat has generous ~120m2 + terrace which makes it more than enough to accommodate a family. However the rooms aren’t the most spacious. Therefore I maximized storage space in the kitchen and hallway leaving no need to fill the rooms with wardrobes and letting stand out what matters.
